The best cheese scones recipe i have come across is no doubt the classic &#039;&#039;&#039;Edmond&#039;s&#039;&#039;&#039; cook book recipe.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You will need:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*cheese&lt;br /&gt;
*standard flour&lt;br /&gt;
*salt&lt;br /&gt;
*baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
*fresh thyme&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

You could also choose to substitute cheese with dates to make a delicous batch of sweet date scones.&lt;br /&gt;
