*Location: Room 260-098 in the Owen G. Glenn Building, 12 Grafton Rd &lt;br /&gt;
*Please arrive by 12:15pm as you will be given reading time. &lt;br /&gt;
*Please notify Ann Cameron if you have a test clash &lt;br /&gt;

==Final Exam==&lt;br /&gt;
*The final exam is worth &#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;65%&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039; of your final mark. &lt;br /&gt;
*The date of the final exam will announced closer to the date&lt;br /&gt;
*It is a 2 hour exam. Please check nDeva for a confirmation of the date and time. &lt;br /&gt;
*Examination room lists will be posted online and on Campus noticeboards by 5.00pm the day before your examination. &lt;br /&gt;

==Final Learning Outcomes==&lt;br /&gt;
*A student who successfully completes this course should: &lt;br /&gt;
*have confidence with and a general knowledge of personal computers &lt;br /&gt;
*be able to write and debug simple computer programs &lt;br /&gt;
*be able to use some common applications, e.g. spreadsheets, word processing, databases &lt;br /&gt;
*have knowledge of the Internet and its social issues, as well as other types of networks &lt;br /&gt;
*be able to design and write a simple web page &lt;br /&gt;
*have a basic understanding of the origins and design of computing hardware and software &lt;br /&gt;
