CompSci 111 is a summer school paper where students are introduced to Practical Computing at Stage 1.There are two components-Theory and Practical, to this course and it is mandatory to pass both of these components to pass the paper.&lt;br /&gt;
=== Theory ===&lt;br /&gt;
The &#039;&#039;&#039;theory&#039;&#039;&#039; component consists of lectures held four times a week in the &#039;&#039;&#039;LargeChem&#039;&#039;&#039; theatre. The theory also includes a mid-semester test and a final exam at the end of the course.&lt;br /&gt;
=== Practical ===&lt;br /&gt;
The &#039;&#039;&#039;practical&#039;&#039;&#039; component consists of two labs per week where students are taught how to use a computer and some of the major programs. &lt;br /&gt;
