The Mouse has had a long history with technology; from enhancing ease of use of the Graphical User Interface (GUI) to eating through the wires and crashing the Computer.

It is a biological 4 legged animal that has a very sensitive sense of smelling and vision. It is that instinctual idea that is technologically used for computer component that is used to link the computer monitor and the keyboard.
