<p></p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>==About Me==<br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;Hey, I&#039;m Conor.&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> Last year with my technology project Blurb 2012 I won the Auckland Regional Science Fair, was the winner of a Leadership Award and a participant of Realise the Dream 2012, the premier Science Fair in New Zealand and placed third at Brightsparks, New Zealand&#039;s electronics project competition for school students.<br /> <br /> The year before that for a different project, Hourglass 2011, I placed third at Brightsparks, was a participant in Realise the Dream 2011 as well as the recipient of the IPENZ Travel Award which lead me to participate in the Taiwanese International Science Fair where I placed third in my category. <br /> <br /> ===My Experience in Engineering===<br /> I was taking Engineering in Semester one, however by the end of semester I had decided that it was far too calculus orientated, and many aspects such as ENGGEN 140 (Bio) did not interest me at all. The general nature of first year, as well as the knowledge that calculus would be playing a major part in the degree drove me to switch to a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science.<br /> <br /> Now I take:<br /> *COMPSCI 101<br /> *COMPSCI 111<br /> *MATHS 102<br /> *SCIGEN 101<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> See you round :)</div>
