Love For Baking
Hi, if there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I love baking.
Mocca Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 150 g all purpose flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 7 eggs separated
- 55 ml vegetable oil
- 150 ml milk
- Mocca aroma essence
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, sift all dry ingredients.
- Whisk in the egg yolks with the dry ingredients.
- Add in milk and oil and mix until batter smooth.
- Mix egg whites in.
- Divide batter into 2 portions (one portion slightly larger than the other).
- Put a couple drops of mocca aroma essence into the small batter and mix well.
- Pour a layer of plain batter into a lined tin and cover the layer with mocca batter.
- Pour remaining plain batter into tin and bake at 180C for 50-60 min.
