Lectures - Stage One Wiki

Lectures are a very important part of university and your education, they provide students with a forum in which they can learn about the subject they are interested for example Computer science 111. A lecture usually consists of one tutor (the professor) and around about 100 students who attend, no student is forced to come to the lecture but it is very unwise to skip them.

Lecture Timetable

The lecture times for this course is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Lectures are held in OGGB3 on Monday, and HSB1 on Wednesday and Friday.

Concerning Lectures

It is advised to bring your course book (purchasable from the UBS) to all lectures, as it contains extra information relating to the course.

While lectures are not compulsory, the supporting Laboratories are, and you may fail the course if you do not complete the practical work within the lab.

You can also check the lecture time table at http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/compsci111s2c/
