Bachelor of Education - Primary School
I am in my second year of my Bachelor of Education at The University of Auckland.
The Bachelor of Education is held at the Epsom Campus.
It is a three year course that allows you to teach from Year 1 to Year 8 at Primary and Intermediate Schools.
Some of the subjects that are taught are:
- Mathematics
- Language and Literacy
- Social Studies
- Science
- Physical Education
- History of Education
- Arts -
- Drama
- Dance
- Music
- Visual arts
- The Professional Teacher
- and many more
I have really enjoyed the course so far especially the placements into classrooms for experience.
