Summer School 2010

CompSci 111G

CompSci 111 is a summer school paper where students are introduced to Practical Computing at Stage 1.There are two components-Theory and Practical, to this course and it is mandatory to pass both of these components to pass the paper.

Theory

The theory component consists of lectures held four times a week in the LargeChem theatre. The theory also includes a mid-semester test and a final exam at the end of the course.

Practical

The practical component consists of two labs per week where students are taught how to use a computer and some of the major programs.
